On the 19th of May 2010, my colleagues met up with Dominica Williamson at the Gwithian Sands site.
Over the Course of the day we used a GPS mapping device to map the perimeter. While mapping the perimeter we took drawings, photographs, rubbings and picked up items of interest. By the end of the day we had documented the perimeter of the site and all the sites that could be seen and evidence of plants animals and human activity. We then used this data collected to create a dynamic map of the area surveyed, by using the collected data and printed images to cover the map, thus creating a accurate small scale physical representation of the site.
The map created could be put to good use when the work from this blog and all the work from my colleagues comes to be exhibited.
